Financial Arrangements

• Most patients find it convenient to pay for services as they are received. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
• We offer a bookkeeping courtesy of 5% for payment by cash or check prior to the start of treatment.
• The treatment fee may be spread over the time you receive care. A 50% deposit at the beginning of care and then equal monthly payments until the balance is cleared.
• For those who need to finance their care over a longer period of time, we are pleased to offer the services of Capital One Healthcare Finance.

If you have dental insurance we will help you get the maximum benefits available to you. Your claims will be filed promptly so you may be reimbursed in a timely manner. These payments will be made to you as the subscriber.
